Dr. Steven Neal, a Pendleton, Oregon (OR) cosmetic surgeon is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery since 1988. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

After completing his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Neal went on to obtain his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He went on to the University of California in San Diego to complete his residency in Head and Neck surgery with an emphasis in facial plastic surgery along with an internship in general surgery.

Dr. Neal has extensive training in the QuickLift® facelift procedure and other facial plastic surgery procedures such as a mini face lift (or weekend facelift) and non-surgical face lift.
