Dr. Allcroft is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Allcroft received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, cum laude, from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Following medical school, Dr. Allcroft completed his specialty surgical training in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. After completing five years of surgical training, Dr. Allcroft went into private practice in 1986 and is currently the director of Allcroft Facial Plastic Surgery, which is limited to facial plastic surgery, and the Vallon Medi-Spa. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Allcroft served as a clinical instructor at Yale University School of Medicine and currently serves on the hospital staff of Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts and Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts. In his free time, Dr. Allcroft and his wife Erica are kept busy with their five children. Dr. Allcroft is an airplane pilot and certified scuba diver and has backpacked extensively throughout the mountains of the US, Alaska and Europe. |
