Dr. Paul E. Goco is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Goco is one of 600 select surgeon's world wide, who has achieved double board certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Goco received his medical degree from Georgetown University Medical School in Washington D.C. and completed his internship and residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. He was then selected to participate in an elite fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the Louisiana State University, Shreveport and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He was the chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for the U.S. Army in Tacoma, Washington from 1998-2002. Having authored and lectured nationally on numerous topics regarding facial plastic surgery and as a volunteer surgeon for Face to Face national and local domestic violence projects, he is held in high esteem among his colleagues and peers.
