Physician Information

Dr. Rifley has received a certificate from the National Board of Medical Examiners. He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona and completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, following six years of Internship and Residency at Las Vegas University Medical Center, where Dr. Rifley was appointed Chief Resident.

Dr. Rifley has been a practicing physician since 1987. He has received numerous honors and awards from the Psi-Chi National Honor Society, Who's Who Among American Surgeons, and Outstanding Resident Achievement Award, Society of Laproendoscopic Surgeons. He has published numerous papers and written several chapters for texts on plastic and general surgery and has served as an accrediting Clinician and guest lecturer throughout the United States.
