Physician Information

Dr. Sabino T. Baluyot is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Dr. Baluyot earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. He then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to continue his medical training by completing his internship and residency in general surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. He further expanded his surgical skills by completing residencies in otolaryngology & maxillofacial surgery, head and neck surgery and otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Additionally, he also completed one extra year of fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery in the same institution.

In addition to performing surgery at Cincinnati Nose, Sinus & Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Baluyot is the chairman of the section of Otolaryngology of Good Samaritan and Deaconess Hospital and is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
