Physician Information

Dr. Lee Allen is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Medical Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Allen received his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, AL. He went on to complete his internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Following his internship, Dr. Allen earned a medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA . Following medical school, Dr. Allen went on to complete a general surgery internship and training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Louisiana State University.

Currently, Dr. Allen serves as clinical assistant professor of surgery with West Virginia University School of Medicine. He has authored chapters in the seven volume Oral and Maxillofacial reference set and is often invented to lecture his peers during continuing education conferences. Dr. Allen resides in Charleston, West Virginia with his wife and daughter.
