Physician Information

Dr. Alexander M. Guba is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois and went on the complete his internship, residency in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery training at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Guba specializes in Cosmetic Surgery of the head and neck, breast surgery, and lipoplasty. Breast enlargement and breast reduction are particular interests. He is a past president of the John Staige Davis Plastic Surgery Society of the State of Maryland, is a member of the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Inc., and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He served many years on the GBMC Medical Board and Surgical Advisory Committee.
